A custom mobile-friendly concierge experience created specifically for this property, providing guests convenient access to essential stay information, property details, local recommendations, and other helpful resources.

A clear acrylic display with a natural wood base featuring a property-specific QR code that connects guests directly to the Digital Guest Concierge.
Property Personalization & Setup
Your property information, welcome materials, QR experience, and Digital Guest Concierge are prepared specifically for the additional property you are onboarding.
Proofing & Final Approval
You'll have an opportunity to review your personalized materials and Digital Guest Concierge before final production.
30 Days of Digital Concierge Hosting Included
Your additional property includes 30 days of Digital Concierge hosting beginning on its Activation Date. Continued hosting after the included period is optional and available separately for $12.99/month per property.
Hospitality Partner Support
Your existing Sip & Stay™ Hospitality Partner access continues to provide partner resources, support, refill ordering, and property management resources.
Additional Property Partner Pricing
$229 per additional property
This preferred rate is available when adding another property under the same approved Hospitality Partner account. A separate Additional Property Starter Package is required for each additional property so that every location receives its own personalized setup and guest experience.
Important: The Additional Property Starter Package is available only for properties associated with an existing approved Sip & Stay™ Hospitality Partner. Your first property requires the standard Sip & Stay™ Starter Package ($249).
