After the included hosting period, continued hosting is available separately for $12.99 per month, per property. Subscription is optional and is not automatically included or renewed with your Starter Package purchase.

$12.99 per month, per property. Your Starter Package includes the first 30 calendar days of hosting beginning on activation. To continue hosting beyond that period, purchase this subscription before your included hosting expires.
Subscription billing begins when you purchase this product. Refills and additional services are sold separately.

No. The Starter Package is a one-time setup service. Once your digital concierge has been created, you may choose to add Concierge Care or Concierge Plus for ongoing maintenance.

No. Every Sip & Stay™ Digital Guest Concierge is professionally managed by our team. Simply send us your requested updates, and we’ll make the changes for you to ensure your guide remains polished, accurate, and guest-ready.

Concierge Care is our ongoing maintenance service for your Digital Guest Concierge. It’s ideal for hosts who occasionally need updates to Wi-Fi information, house rules, amenities, recommendations, or other guest information.

Concierge Plus is our premium, white-glove management service. It includes everything in Concierge Care with enhanced support, priority updates, and proactive guest experience recommendations.
