Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

At Steeped~N~Luxury, every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged with the same care and intention that inspires The House. We appreciate your support and strive to provide a seamless experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

At this time, Steeped~N~Luxury ships within the United States only. We look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

While we carefully prepare every package, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@steepednluxury.com so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Because our teas are consumable food products, all tea sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for health and safety reasons.

Non-consumable merchandise—including teaware and accessories—may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or an item arrives damaged.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Event Reservations

Deposits for classes, workshops, tea experiences, and private events are non-refundable.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event may receive a credit toward a future event.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund or event credit.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Memberships may be canceled at any time by providing at least 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

Membership benefits remain active through the current billing period.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or unused portions of a membership or subscription.
