📦Curated Tea Box

  • Your Curated Tea Box is a limited, experience-driven collection designed to introduce you to Steeped~N~Luxury through thoughtfully selected teas, a ritual spoon, and a guided ritual card.

    Each box is released intentionally and may not be restocked once sold out.

  • The ritual card is a guided experience that encourages you to slow down and be intentional with your tea. It offers simple steps for preparation, reflection, and presence—turning your tea into a moment, not just a drink.

  • Each sampler box includes a curated variety of teas designed to introduce you to different flavors and experiences. While most boxes include four teas, our collections are seasonal and may vary—so the focus remains on the experience rather than a fixed number.

  • All teas are loose leaf to provide a more elevated and customizable experience.

  • This curated tea box is designed as an experience, not just a product. Every element—from the tea selection to the ritual guidance—is intentionally chosen to create moments of rest, presence, and connection.

    It’s not about sampling tea. It’s about how you experience it.

  • No, Curated Tea Boxes are limited releases and are not part of a subscription. Once a collection is gone, it may not return.

🍃 Loose-Leaf Tea Basics

  • All Steeped~N~Luxury teas are loose-leaf. This allows the tea leaves to fully expand, creating a richer flavor and a more elevated tea experience.

  • Loose-leaf tea provides a higher-quality experience. The leaves are less processed, more flavorful, and allow you to control the strength of your tea.

  • To brew loose-leaf tea, you will need a tea infuser, steeper, or strainer. This allows the leaves to steep properly while keeping your tea smooth and easy to enjoy.

  • Curated Tea Boxes include a ritual spoon for measuring but do not currently include an infuser or steeper.

  • You can still enjoy your tea by:

    • Using a fine mesh strainer after steeping

    • Using a teapot with a built-in filter

  • Not at all. Once you get familiar with the process, it becomes just as simple—if not more enjoyable—than using tea bags.

  • Yes. We plan to introduce curated tea accessories, including infusers and steepers, as part of future offerings.

🌿 Preparing Your Tea

  • Start with approximately one teaspoon (or one ritual spoon) per cup of water, then steep based on your preference. Take your time and enjoy the process—this experience is meant to be relaxed and intentional.

    • Black tea: 200°F for 3–5 minutes

    • Green tea: 175°F for 2–3 minutes

    • White tea: 175–185°F for 3–4 minutes

    • Herbal tea (Rooibos): 205°F for 5–7 minutes

    Each tea pouch also includes specific steeping instructions for the best experience.

  • We recommend starting with approximately one teaspoon per cup and adjusting based on your preference.

  • Yes. You can adjust the amount of tea to your preference. More tea creates a stronger flavor, while less creates a lighter experience.

  • A standard teaspoon works perfectly. The ritual spoon simply enhances the experience.

  • Yes. You do not need any prior tea experience. Everything is designed to be simple, approachable, and enjoyable from your very first cup.

  • There is no “right” way. You can sip quietly, journal, reflect, or simply pause. The goal is to create space for yourself.

📦 Ordering & Shipping

  • Sampler boxes and retail items can be purchased directly through our website when available. Each release is limited and seasonal.

  • Yes. Larger orders may be accommodated depending on availability.

  • Yes. Larger orders for events or special occasions can be arranged. Please contact us directly for details.

  • Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, depending on the best available option.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly via email, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

💳 Returns & Support

  • Due to the nature of our products, all tea sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will assist.

  • Yes. You can reach us via email, and we’ll respond as quickly as possible to support you.

👑 Memberships

  • Sippers Society is a monthly membership ($19/month) that gives you access to curated teas, private tastings, member-only pricing, and monthly updates and ritual notes.

  • Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle.

  • The Founder’s Circle is an exclusive annual membership ($149/year, limited to 50 members) designed for early supporters. It includes full Sippers Society access, private tastings, early access to releases, and permanent Founders recognition.
