We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible to ensure they arrive without delay. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee modifications or cancellations once processing has begun, we'll always do our best to help.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally as The House continues to grow.

Package sizes vary by product. Each product page includes the net weight and an estimated number of cups to help you choose the right option for your tea ritual.
For the freshest flavor, store your loose-leaf tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keeping tea in an airtight container helps preserve its aroma and quality.
The number of cups depends on the tea and the amount used per serving. As a general guide, one teaspoon of loose-leaf tea prepares one cup. Estimated servings are listed on each product page.
Our collection includes both naturally blended teas and flavored teas. Individual product pages describe each blend and its ingredients so you can choose the one that best fits your taste.
