Welcome to Steeped~N~Luxury. By accessing or using our services, website, or lounge, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. General Use
Steeped~N~Luxury is an upscale tea lounge offering retail products, events, and memberships.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and members who access our lounge or website or purchase products/services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Reservations & Events
Event bookings (e.g., tea parties, tastings, workshops) require advance reservation.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking and is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive credit toward a future event.
Steeped~N~Luxury reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.
3. Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships (including tea subscriptions) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Members may cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Benefits are for personal use only and may not be transferred or shared without permission.
4. Retail Purchases & Returns
All tea and consumable product sales are final for health and safety reasons.
Non-perishable retail items (e.g., teaware, accessories) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
5. Online Store & Shipping
We process orders within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or customs.
6. Payments
Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other approved methods.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable sales tax.
By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the purchase.
7. Lounge Policies
Guests are expected to respect staff, other patrons, and lounge property.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved for private events.
Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates lounge rules or behaves in a disruptive manner.
8. Liability
By visiting Steeped~N~Luxury or participating in events, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with food, beverages, and activities.
We are not responsible for allergies, injuries, or damages unless caused by our negligence.
Please inform staff of any dietary restrictions or allergies before ordering.
9. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, menus, images, and content are the property of Steeped~N~Luxury.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written consent.
10. Privacy & Data
Personal information collected during reservations, purchases, or memberships will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Scott County, Iowa.
