Retail Purchases: All tea and consumable product sales are final for health and safety reasons. Non-perishable retail items (such as teaware) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Events & Reservations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may receive a credit toward a future event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event are not eligible for credit or refund.
Memberships & Subscriptions: Members may cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice prior to their next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused portions of a subscription.
