4. Orders
Orders are considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed.
Sip & Stay™ reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory limitations, or violations of these Terms.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout when required.

Many Sip & Stay™ products are customized specifically for each Hospitality Partner.
Customized products may include:

Property-specific welcome materials
Custom signage
Branded hospitality materials
Customized printed products
Because these items are created specifically for your property, production begins only after all required information has been submitted and approved.
7. Proof Approval
Where applicable, Sip & Stay™ will provide a proof prior to production.
The Partner is responsible for reviewing all submitted information for accuracy before approving production.
Once written approval has been received, Sip & Stay™ is not responsible for errors appearing in the approved materials.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:
Logos
Branding
Graphics
Product designs
Website design
Photography
Digital materials
Educational content
Hospitality resources
Guest Welcome Page templates
QR Code designs
Is the exclusive property of Steeped~N~Luxury unless otherwise indicated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used without prior written permission.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Sip & Stay™, including logos, photographs, branding, welcome messages, and property information.
By submitting content, you grant Sip & Stay™ permission to use that information solely for the purpose of providing requested products and services, as outlined in the Property Content & Brand Authorization.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Submit false or misleading information.
Attempt to interfere with website functionality.
Upload malicious software or code.
Misrepresent your affiliation with another property or business.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
