Sip & Stay™ Hospitality Partner Agreement
Effective Date: September 16, 2026
This Hospitality Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Steeped-N-Luxury, operating the Sip & Stay™ Hospitality Partner Program (“Sip & Stay™,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and the individual or business enrolling in the program (“Hospitality Partner,” “Partner,” “you,” or “your”).
This Agreement establishes the terms governing participation in the Sip & Stay™ Hospitality Partner Program, including customized hospitality products, the Digital Guest Concierge, ongoing hosting, and related services.
By affirmatively accepting this Agreement through the applicable enrollment process, the Partner agrees to the following terms.
1. Program Overview
Sip & Stay™ provides hospitality enhancement products and services designed to support a thoughtful guest arrival experience.
The program may include:
Customized Guest Welcome Kits
Personalized Digital Guest Concierge pages
QR code experiences
Acrylic display signage
Printed hospitality materials
Hospitality Partner resources
Guest Welcome Kit refills
Ongoing concierge hosting and content maintenance
Sip & Stay™ provides hospitality products and supporting digital services. It does not operate or manage the Partner’s rental property, handle reservations, or assume responsibility for the Partner’s guests.
Participation in the program does not establish an employment relationship, franchise, agency, joint venture, or legal partnership between the parties.
2. Hospitality Partner Enrollment
To participate, the Partner must complete the applicable enrollment process and provide accurate information.
The Partner represents that they:
Are at least 18 years old.
Have authority to enter into this Agreement.
Own, operate, manage, or are otherwise authorized to act for the participating property.
Have permission to submit the property information and materials required for the services.
Will provide accurate billing and contact information.
Sip & Stay™ may request additional information reasonably necessary to complete enrollment or provide the requested services.
Each property must be identified during enrollment. Services and fees are assessed per property unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise.
3. Starter Package
The initial Sip & Stay™ Hospitality Partner Starter Package costs $249 per property.
The Starter Package includes the customized products and services expressly identified in the applicable product description or accepted order.
It also includes the first 30 calendar days of Digital Guest Concierge hosting for one property.
The included hosting period begins when the personalized Digital Guest Concierge has been activated and made available for guest use.
The hosting period does not begin merely because the Partner submits an application, places an order, makes payment, or provides onboarding information.
The Starter Package does not include an unlimited supply of Guest Welcome Kits or ongoing physical product refills.
Refills and additional products are purchased separately.
Any taxes or shipping charges will be disclosed as required during the applicable purchase process.
4. Partner Responsibilities
The Partner agrees to:
Provide complete and accurate property information.
Submit required content and materials in a timely manner.
Review proofs carefully.
Approve materials before production.
Maintain current guest instructions and property information.
Notify Sip & Stay™ when published information requires correction.
Provide accurate shipping and billing details.
Comply with applicable laws relating to the Partner’s property and business.
Obtain permission to use any third-party photographs, logos, text, or other materials submitted to Sip & Stay™.
The Partner remains responsible for property operations, reservations, guest communications, access arrangements, safety instructions, and compliance requirements relating to the property.
The Partner must maintain an alternative way to provide guests with essential check-in, access, and safety information if the Digital Guest Concierge is temporarily unavailable.
5. Customization & Proof Approval
Sip & Stay™ will use the information and materials supplied by the Partner to prepare applicable customized products.
Where proof approval is required, the Partner will receive a digital proof before production.
The Partner is responsible for reviewing details such as:
Property name and branding
Welcome message
Wi-Fi information
Check-in and checkout instructions
Parking details
House rules
Emergency information
Local recommendations
Images, spelling, and formatting
The Starter Package includes up to two rounds of revisions during the initial proofing process.
Additional revisions, extensive redesigns, or requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Sip & Stay™ will disclose those fees and obtain approval before beginning additional billable work.
Production begins only after the required written approval has been received.
Once a proof is approved, the Partner is responsible for errors contained in the approved information to the extent permitted by applicable law. Sip & Stay™ remains responsible for errors it introduces and for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The two initial proof revisions are separate from the routine content updates included with an active hosting subscription.
6. Property Information & Content Updates
The Partner is responsible for keeping property information accurate and current.
Requests to update the Digital Guest Concierge should be submitted through the designated Property Update Request Form or another approved support method.
An active Digital Guest Concierge hosting subscription includes up to two routine content update requests per property, per monthly billing period.
Routine updates may include reasonable changes to existing information, such as Wi-Fi details, check-in instructions, parking information, house rules, contact details, or local recommendations.
Unused update requests do not roll over.
Additional update requests, extensive redesigns, substantial content additions, and other work outside the existing service scope may require a separate fee.
Sip & Stay™ will disclose the proposed fee and obtain the Partner’s approval before beginning billable additional work.
Sip & Stay™ will make reasonable efforts to complete approved updates within its published turnaround time.
The Partner remains responsible for communicating urgent or time-sensitive changes directly to guests while an update is pending.
7. Orders, Payment & Additional Products
Payment for the Starter Package is required before production begins.
Guest Welcome Kit refills and other physical products must be ordered separately.
Refill pricing, quantities, shipping charges, taxes, and applicable order requirements will be disclosed through the relevant ordering process.
Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and the applicable purchase terms.
Sip & Stay™ will not charge for optional additional products or services without the Partner’s authorization.
Customized products, order cancellations, refunds, and shipping are governed by the applicable Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
8. Digital Guest Concierge Hosting
The Digital Guest Concierge is a personalized webpage intended to provide approved property information to guests.
The Starter Package includes the first 30 calendar days of hosting, beginning when the concierge is activated and available for guest use.
After that included period, continued hosting costs $12.99 per month, per property.
The monthly fee includes:
Continued hosting of the personalized Digital Guest Concierge.
Basic technical maintenance.
Up to two routine content update requests per property, per monthly billing period.
The monthly fee does not include physical Guest Welcome Kit refills, unlimited content changes, extensive redesigns, or other separately priced services.
Sip & Stay™ will make reasonable efforts to maintain the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Partner understands that a guest-facing page may be accessible to anyone who obtains its URL or QR code. The Partner should not submit information for publication unless it is appropriate for that audience.
The Partner remains responsible for providing guests with essential information through an alternative method when necessary.
Additional hosting terms are provided in the Digital Guest Concierge Hosting & Subscription Policy.
The Starter Package purchase does not automatically enroll the Partner in a monthly hosting subscription. The Partner must separately purchase and authorize the subscription to continue hosting after the included 30-day period. Sip & Stay™ will send a reminder before the included hosting expires. If the Partner does not subscribe by the expiration date, hosting will end without an automatic courtesy extension, and Sip & Stay™ may deactivate the concierge.
9. Recurring Billing Authorization
The monthly Digital Guest Concierge hosting subscription is a separate purchase from the Starter Package and requires the Partner’s affirmative authorization of recurring payments.
Before purchase, the applicable checkout process will disclose the subscription price, billing frequency, and other applicable terms.
The first monthly payment of $12.99 per property is charged when the Partner purchases the subscription through Squarespace checkout. It is not automatically delayed until 30 days after concierge activation.
Subsequent payments are billed monthly according to the subscription purchase date and the billing schedule disclosed at checkout, subject to any subsequent billing changes permitted by the payment provider and applicable terms.
Sip & Stay™ will communicate the activation date and expiration date of the included 30-day hosting period and send a reminder before expiration.
The Partner is responsible for purchasing the subscription before included hosting expires if they wish to avoid an interruption. Partners who wish to avoid paying before the included period ends should purchase the subscription on their communicated expiration date.
If the Partner does not purchase the subscription by the end of the included period, hosting will expire. No monthly subscription charge will be imposed solely because the Partner purchased the Starter Package.
The Partner is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and notifying Sip & Stay™ of relevant billing issues.
Acceptance of this Agreement alone does not replace any separate recurring-payment authorization required by applicable law or the payment processor.
Subscription price changes will be communicated and implemented in accordance with the applicable subscription terms and law.
10. Failed Payments & Service Suspension
If a monthly hosting payment fails, Sip & Stay™ will notify the Partner using the contact information on file.
The Partner will have a 10-calendar-day grace period, measured from the original payment due date, to resolve the outstanding balance.
If payment remains outstanding after the grace period, Sip & Stay™ may suspend the Digital Guest Concierge after providing notice.
During suspension, the guest-facing page may be replaced with a neutral service-unavailable message or otherwise made inaccessible.
Sip & Stay™ will not intentionally display the Partner’s billing status or payment dispute publicly.
The Partner remains responsible for providing guests with essential property information through an alternative method during any suspension.
Reactivation may require payment of outstanding amounts and completion of any necessary technical steps.
Suspension of the Digital Guest Concierge does not automatically terminate the entire Hospitality Partner relationship.
Further details are provided in the Digital Guest Concierge Hosting & Subscription Policy.
11. Subscription Cancellation
The Partner may cancel an existing Digital Guest Concierge hosting subscription through the designated cancellation method or by emailing:
A clear cancellation request identifying the property will be processed in accordance with the applicable subscription terms and law.
Declining Continued Hosting During the Included Period
A Partner who has purchased only the Starter Package and has not separately purchased a hosting subscription does not need to cancel a subscription.
The Partner may decline to enroll in monthly hosting. In that case, no monthly subscription charge will occur, and the concierge will expire at the end of the included 30-day period.
The Partner may also request that hosting end earlier.
Ending or declining hosting does not automatically entitle the Partner to a refund of the Starter Package or completed customization work.
Starter Package refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Cancellation After Subscription Purchase
Once the Partner purchases the monthly subscription, the first $12.99 payment is charged at checkout.
The Partner may cancel the subscription to stop future recurring charges.
The Digital Guest Concierge will generally remain active through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise agreed or earlier removal is necessary under applicable law or an authorized content-removal request.
Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable and are not automatically prorated for unused hosting time, except where required by law or where Sip & Stay™ determines that a refund is appropriate due to a billing error or service issue.
Cancellation of hosting does not automatically terminate the Partner’s ability to purchase separately available physical products, unless program eligibility requirements or other applicable terms provide otherwise.
The Partner is responsible for maintaining an alternative means of communicating essential property information when hosting ends.
12. Intellectual Property & Content Authorization
The Partner retains ownership of original content submitted to Sip & Stay™, subject to any applicable third-party rights.
The Partner grants Sip & Stay™ the limited permission necessary to use submitted information, photographs, logos, branding, and other materials to provide the requested products and services.
Sip & Stay™ retains ownership of its original branding, templates, designs, systems, and other proprietary materials unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
The Partner may use completed products and the Digital Guest Concierge for the intended property and hospitality purposes while the applicable rights and services remain in effect.
The Partner may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit Sip & Stay™ proprietary templates or designs outside the agreed use without written permission.
Permission to use Partner materials for public marketing is separate from permission to use those materials to provide the requested services.
Marketing use requires the Partner’s separate affirmative authorization.
Additional terms are provided in the Property Content & Brand Authorization.
13. Confidentiality & Privacy
Each party will take reasonable care when handling confidential information received in connection with the program.
The Partner should identify information that is intended for internal use rather than guest-facing publication.
Sip & Stay™ will not knowingly publish information designated as confidential or internal-only without authorization.
Information approved for inclusion on a guest-facing Digital Guest Concierge may be accessible to anyone who obtains the page link or QR code.
The collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information are described in the Sip & Stay™ Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality obligations do not prevent disclosures required by applicable law or the retention of records reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.
14. Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
Sip & Stay™ is responsible for providing the products and services it agrees to supply, subject to the applicable purchase and service terms.
The Partner remains responsible for property operations, reservation management, guest conduct, property maintenance, and the accuracy of Partner-supplied property information.
Sip & Stay™ does not guarantee increased bookings, guest satisfaction, favorable reviews, or specific business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sip & Stay™ will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from matters outside its agreed responsibilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sip & Stay™’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Program Suspension, Termination & Policy Changes
Sip & Stay™ may suspend or terminate participation in the Hospitality Partner Program for legitimate reasons, including:
Material violation of this Agreement.
Fraudulent information or activity.
Unauthorized use of intellectual property.
Unlawful use of the services.
Failure to satisfy payment obligations after applicable notice and grace periods.
Where reasonably appropriate, Sip & Stay™ will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a material issue before terminating participation.
Subscription suspension and program termination are separate actions. A failed hosting payment may result in suspension of the Digital Guest Concierge under Section 10 without automatically terminating the entire Hospitality Partner relationship.
Either party may end the ongoing relationship in accordance with the applicable subscription, purchase, and cancellation terms.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or other rights that accrued before termination.
Upon termination, Sip & Stay™ may remove hosted concierge pages and associated digital materials in accordance with the applicable terms and law. Records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and Property Content & Brand Authorization.
Sip & Stay™ may update its program policies from time to time. Material changes affecting existing Partners will be communicated in advance where required by the applicable agreement or law.
Changes to recurring subscription pricing or other material subscription terms will be subject to applicable notice and authorization requirements.
